Meditation Guidelines & Insights

We begin with a mindfulness orientation to help you understand the basics — including posture, breathing, and awareness techniques — so you feel comfortable from day one.

We introduce a mix of mindfulness practices such as breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization. Your coach will adjust techniques to suit your needs and comfort.

Even 5–10 minutes daily can have a powerful impact. We help you gradually build up to longer sessions as you grow more comfortable and consistent with your practice.

That’s perfectly normal! Meditation isn't about stopping thoughts — it’s about noticing them without judgment. Our coaches guide you gently through this process with patience and support.
